Graham is the son of Jack Lunn, the founder of the Jack Lunn Group. He has an established wealth of experience in the property & construction sectors and leads the company with a ‘hands-on’ approach.
He holds strategic responsibility for leading the board, overseeing the company’s vision and strategy, and all regulatory and compliance matters. Graham sets the board’s agenda, facilitating the effective contribution of non-executive directors. He is charged with ensuring effective communication with the company’s shareholders and ensures the long-term sustainability of the business.
Stephen Bradbury

Stephen has over 30 years' experience with highly complex construction and civil engineering projects worth up to £20m. He joined the company in 2004 and, in addition to running the construction business, Stephen oversees pre- and post-contract management, including tender submissions, on-site contract management, quality control, and health and safety. He combines a high level of specialist hands-on experience with a strong customer-focused approach.
Stephen holds a degree and ONC in civil engineering, and is both a Corporate Member of the Institute of Civil Engineers (MICE) and a chartered civil engineer.

Andrew has a broad knowledge of the construction industry and is well versed in all forms of contract. He has a wealth of experience in a variety of sectors including office, industrial, retail, leisure, residential, health and education, managing new build and refurbishment project values up to £12m.
As a grandson of the company founder, Andrew is committed to the business and endeavours to ensure the company performs to the highest standards, often exceeding clients' and consultants' expectations. He has an overall responsibility for on-site management of all contracts, quality control, health and safety and the management of internal and external business teams. Andrew is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has City & Guilds and HNC Site Management, Building Studies and Surveying.
Carl Wright

A high calibre professional, Carl has a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained from over 15 years' industry experience. He is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Property Division, including both commercial and healthcare developments. He manages the investment portfolio, sales and lease back negotiations and undertakes performance analysis. He is charged with the identification and purchase of prospective sites along with design, planning, construction and facilities management.
MRICS qualified, Carl has extensive experience in developing greenfield and brownfield sites and is well-versed in co-ordinating schemes and actively managing legal negotiations and contract phases.
Peter McAteer
Financial Controller & Company Secretary, Jack Lunn Group
Peter is committed and dedicated to the business and carries out a hands-on role as Financial Controller and Company Secretary for the Jack Lunn Group. He joined the company in 2000 and is responsible for the effective management of the finance team. He is responsible for the preparation and review of management accounts, cashflow forecasts, preparation of statutory accounts for all legal entities, controlling the annual budgeting process, managing credit risk, VAT and tax returns and the financial audit.
Peter qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980.
Helen Hann
Marketing Manager, Jack Lunn Group
Helen has worked in sales and marketing for over 10 years, specialising in the construction and property development sectors. With strong industry contacts and detailed sector knowledge, Helen is responsible for the identification and acquisition of tender opportunities across the business.
MCIM qualified, she joined Jack Lunn Group as Marketing Manager in October 2006 and in addition to her business development responsibilities, Helen is also driving the corporate marketing and Group communications strategy forward.
