Jack Lunn Properties has now fully let Jason House, its high specification commercial office building in Horsforth, Leeds after leasing additional space to two existing tenants.
Keen interest was generated following the recent refurbishment of the communal areas and two vacant suites within the property and managing agent Carter Towler successfully negotiated the new lettings.
Both IMFS, the specialist debt recovery company and Lansinoh, one of the leading manufacturers of breastfeeding products in the UK, have signed 5 year leases to occupy further suites of 725 sq ft and 560 sq ft respectively. Lansinoh have also extended their existing lease of 1,346 sq ft to run coterminously with their new space.
The refurbishment at Jason House is part of Jack Lunn Group’s ongoing asset management programme to ensure the provision of high specification commercial, residential and healthcare accommodation for clients across Yorkshire.
Mike Bestington from IMFS, explained: “Taking additional space within Jason House provides the business with enhanced capacity to support our expansion and is an ideal geographical location”.
Dave Storey from Lansinoh, added: “The accommodation is of a high standard and the facilities at Jason House have proved an exceptionally attractive proposition hence we were keen to extend our commitment to the building. We look forward to building upon our success with our expanded operation”.
Carl Wright, Director of Jack Lunn Properties, commented: “The investment in Jason House demonstrates our commitment to providing the highest quality commercial office accommodation in key strategic locations. Having secured a fully let building in the present climate is testament to our strategy and the relationship we enjoy with our tenants at Jason House. We continue to seek further investments which will add value to our expanding property portfolio”.
