Jack Lunn Group, the Leeds-based construction, property and development business, has appointed Ms Nikki Moore MRICS as Property Manager of its commercial division Jack Lunn (Properties) Ltd.
Previously Associate Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate, Nikki will be responsible for managing the company’s commercial investment portfolio, including sale and leaseback negotiations, new lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals and performance analysis. Nikki’s remit also includes the identification of income producing investment and development opportunities as well as site acquisitions.
This latest appointment further strengthens Jack Lunn Group’s commitment to providing the highest quality property solutions for clients, highlighting the organisation’s ambitions within the Yorkshire property market.
