Cameron Bishop, a rising star in Jack Lunn (Construction) Ltd’s apprenticeship scheme, has won a coveted place at the Guild of Bricklayers National Final to be held on 30 June 2010.
Cameron attends a day release course at Leeds College of Building and will represent the Company after a great performance at the prestigious Guild of Bricklayers Competition at Bradford College in May. Now in his third year of studying, the talented trainee has made it to the Guild of Bricklayers National Final, which will be held at Liverpool Community College.
Andrew Lunn, Construction Director of Jack Lunn (Construction) Ltd will be cheering on Cameron at the event. Andrew is the grandson of Jack Lunn, who founded the company in 1949 and was himself a vocal advocate of investing in apprenticeships, having started his career as a joinery apprentice.
