Director (Designate)
The Group is seeking a Director (Designate) who will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Property Division, including a Healthcare Division which develops Primary Care Centres.
You will manage the investment portfolio, sales and lease back negotiations and performance analysis. You will be charged with the identification and purchase of prospective sites, managing the design, planning, construction and facilities management stages.
Ideally, you will be an experienced Professional in property development. You should have extensive experience in developing greenfield and brownfield sites and be well versed in co-ordinating schemes and actively managing legal negotiations and contract phases.

Health & Safety Advisor
As a result of employee retirement, the company is seeking to recruit an experienced Health and Safety Adviser. Qualified to IOSH and NEBOSH standards, the successful applicant will have significant experience of the construction industry, taking a hands-on approach to ensuring safe working environments.
Human Resources Manager (Part Time)
As part of the continuous improvement plan, the company is seeking to recruit a part or fully qualified HR Manager. The successful applicant must be fully conversant with current employment issues, conditions and legislation and have had experience in dealing with all aspects of human resources. Hours of work are negotiable.
Site Managers
To take control and responsibility for the management of different types of building contracts. The successful applicants will have experience of managing both directly employed labour and specialist sub-contractors and will have either a trades or technical background. Commercial awareness is essential.
Quantity Surveyors
To take responsibility for the financial management of a number of contracts. The duties (amongst others) will involve the preparation and submission of monthly valuations, the analysis of all monthly costs and the organisation and management of sub-contract orders and accounts.
Cost and Bonus Surveyors
These positions involve measuring and valuing the work carried out by our direct labour (predominantly bricklayers and joiners) and subsequently agreeing targets and bonus payments with both senior management and the labour force. Whilst it is considered this position may appeal to a Quantity Surveyor, applications are invited from any persons who consider they may have the relevant experience and ability.
